I've never needed to visit the office as Carmelina is proactive in all my request and I'm just an email away to add an insurance.

She provided me the lowest quote for my car comprehensive insurance compared to all the big whales out there, and it remains the same for other insurances as well.

"A year ago, I called Jorge at Scott Thomas State Farm Insurance to get a quote. At that time, I decided to go with a different insurer. Jorge said he'd call back in a year to see if he could offer me a more competitive rate....and he did. He called a year later to the date. He then sent me quotes for three policies.
